Chinese Stress...



Is it just me or is it impossible to find a Chinese delivery place in the US that takes a freaking CHECK???

Here I was hungry; all ready for an overpriced Eastern delicacy when, after having taken 25 minutes to translate my order and address (2 US non-accents are never a good mix), they announce smugly- "No Check, Onry cash rady"...

Do Chinese people just not have checking accounts or something?? I mean, a civillisation THAT old should have learned how to open one by now!! Of maybe there isn't space for them to paint all those squiggly little characters in to the signature box.

Now I see why the whole Tibet thing took so long...

I am starving hungry... kinda like the Chinese... ironic...
